Richard Rouilard was the Editor of The Advocate in the late 1980’s and early 1990’s.   His death from AIDS in 1996 has robbed the world of one of the greatest people ever to walk upon it.   In this picture Richard is, of course, doing his tribute to Judy Garland in "A Star is Born."
